What are the office hours?
Remotely operated, with kiosk and website access available 24 hours a day.
You may also set up an appointment to meet with the manager.
What are the access hours?
Access your unit at any time, 24/7. You will have unrestricted entry to a facility or service at any time of the day. You can use your personal access code at the keypads (key-in key-out). You can also avoid the weather by using our RFID tag system that opens the gate when you pull up. ($1 to $3 mo. Extra).
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer month-to-month lease options, you are prorated at move in to the end of the month. Rent is then from the 1st to the end of month. No proration on move out.
How do I move out and cancel my lease?
Once you have removed your property from the facility just contact the manager and let him know you have vacated the property. No proration on move out and no 30 day move out notice.
What Documents are required?
Our move in process is quick, effortless and easy we only require a few items from you to proceed with the move in:
Photo ID and/or a driver license
Home/Renters Insurance (Copy of your Policy Adm)
Is “Protection” on my items required?
Yes, to store with us we do require your items to be protected through your own Home/Renters Insurance. The Property is not liable for any damaged or stolen items.
How do I pay my storage bill?
1. Online using a debit or credit card.
2. Onsite using the kiosk. You can pay with debit, credit card or cash
3. Use autopay options and save. -2.5% with debit or credit card or -3.5% using ACH.
What items am I not allowed to store?
You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.

What types of vehicles can I store here?
Our offers uncovered, covered and enclosed storage. We easily accommodate large Class A motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, boats, and extra vehicles.
Is your storage facility secure?
We try very hard to provide a secure facility. Our facility is fully fenced and gated you must code in and code out. Lighting is activated by movement for security and safety during nighttime visits. We utilize 3 different 24-hour security camera systems for remote viewing and alerts.
